"Well-Rounded" Means What Exactly?

It's easy to describe one's skill set & personality as "well-rounded" or "easy to work with," but it can be difficult to ensure alignment on the shared definition of these characteristics. I'm especially attracted to companies that understand this and use resources, like this one from Criteria Corp, in the hiring and onboarding process ✨

One thing you may know about working with me: I'm a pretty open book. 🤓 Also, I love to nerd out on #Culture resources like this that offer more vocabulary for understanding, balancing & valuing #DiverseSkillSets and social styles within any industry and team. (Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand also comes to mind.)
