GRAPHIC DESIGN
My graphic design projects stem from my client work as a freelancing contractor and in various strategic marketing roles with [remote] agency teams where I have specializing in a variety of client services.
Tactics: Establishing strong client alignment on brand definition, verbiage, and voice, I work to create bespoke graphics for shareable awareness-level content & social media posts. (See multi-channel marketing section for examples cultivated for engagement & conversion)

This section highlights brand definition documentation & templates I have created in various roles. Style guides thoroughly overview logo use, voice & tone, and other graphical representations of the brand. Template samples include PowerPoint slides, letterhead, and quick-reference "brand-board" examples that briefly summarize visual brand elements to enable collaboration & consistency across channels.

Case Studies & Samples
In 2017 I demonstrated the effectiveness and scalability of a targeted digital marketing campaign designed to complement engaging, customer-centric educational content. The primary content piece was curated by industry expert authors, with my editorial oversight, and published through key industry editorial outlets with complementary ad placements.
This exercise proved to be more cost-effective and resulted in higher-quality leads when compared to established modalities such as tradeshow vendor promotion, advertisement, and attendance.

As a Social Media Coordinator at Beutler Ink, I frequently created campaign overview proposal documents like this one to gain client alignment on vision, budget, and media. Upon approval, I executed, monitored, and reported on results metrics for client ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The above example may illuminate insights on my collaborative workflow & copywriting style.
While I no longer have access to the results metrics for this particular campaign on file, this client account generally saw an uptick in ticket sales associated with social media efforts despite a limited monthly budget, throughout the Summer & Fall of 2019 while I worked on it.

YouTube
Regarding engaging, evergreen content, YouTube is one of my favorite channels. I find it most consistent in sharing compatibility across social media channels and it provides superior hosting, streaming, and searchability features.
I have utilized it as an interview tool and created product review videos in an editorial setting (2013), and for creating lasting, sharable corporate yoga resources for my side hustle (since 2019).

In the same Social Media Specialist role at Beutler Ink, I handled community management (Facebook & Instagram) across a small collection of boutique hotel brands in the hospitality industry. Specific client brand examples at the time (2019) include
LondonWEHO | Cheeca Lodge & Spa | The Ballantyne and others based in the FL Keys.
This B2C interface was fun and relied on a friendly voice, clever content, and a strong understanding of each unique brand presence. Additionally, it was a positive challenge to report on abstract metrics like general audience mood and positivity scale in association with each brand.
