The Things I Like To Do Most

✨ Here’s a fantastic interview question that had me in a reflective state all weekend: “You’ve demonstrated your ability to do many different things, has this illuminated the things you like to do MOST?” 🤔

My answer is an emphatic YES! I'll elaborate: Doing the many, dynamic things I have over my 12+ years and counting as a professional has taught me confidence in my ability to tackle most challenges, paired with insight to speak up when something is outside my scope.

⚖️ Additionally, I have sharpened my tools in time management & organization for slogging through the tasks for which I’m plenty skilled but may find boring. On the flip side of the same coin, I have learned to attune to my motivation, which is tied to the tasks that inspire the most productivity.

💡 I MOST like to do creative things, at work and in life. I love imagination, ideation, and a good old-fashioned brainstorming session. An electric sense of community and reflective group inspiration is magic to behold and contribute to. 

🪄 The stuff that’s easiest for me, where others may struggle, is the stuff that involves imagination, iteration, versioning, and style, all combined in the composite of creation (hashtag#content) or even hashtag#brand.  Whether it’s putting authentic, original words on a page in poetry, description, voice, or long-form narrative, I adore the process of story-telling. Quick quips & clever clips delight me and I’m no stranger to the alliterative, the “cheesy” and the dad-est of dad jokes. 

🎨 Imagery stirs my soul and writes poetry on the scroll of my mind’s eye. To move a paintbrush or combine shapes and colors in design strums the harmony of my very spirit. I adore engagement and purposeful doing of the stuff that snags interest, curates curiosity, and cultivates connection across industries & affinities. It is the stuff that motivates me to my core and impresses audiences of all kinds with my ability to produce voluminously and inspire collectively.
